IN-HOUSE (only members of CF DASH) competition July15th!! This competition is going to have TWO Divisions RX & Scaled. Both will be teams of 2 (m/m or f/f)!!
We want to give the chance to EVERYONE to be able to get their 1st Competition under your belt! Even if you are in our Fitness classes you will be able to compete in the scaled division!! Everyone will be able to compete and do the workouts!
With your entry you'll get to pick one of our new style CF DASH SHIRTS! In your entry please note which shirt you would like (Dash to the Cross) or (Dash logo shirt)

SCALED DIVISION- *IF YOU CAN WALK INTO THE GYM YOU'LL BE ABLE TO DO THE WORKOUTS! The goal of this in house competition is to get everyone participating, even if its your FIRST competition.
*** If you are unable to do a certain movement in the Scaled we will modify the movement or the workout will be designed so your partner can help during those movements.
